Here is how to use a discount code during checkout:

 

  • Add an item to your basket
  • Click the shopping basket icon in the upper right corner
  • Either select “View Cart” or “Checkout” at the bottom of the popup
  • From the “View Cart” menu, simply add the code and click “Apply”
  • From the “Checkout” menu, select the “Click here” prompt in blue at the top of the screen, then add the code and click “Apply”

 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Expedited shipping options are available for purchase during checkout. Shipping estimates are as follows:

North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 1-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-5 weeks

How Long is Production Time?

Each piece of Bead and Bones handmade jewelry is crafted in small exclusive batches, unless otherwise stated, and are available as read-to-ship. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

Selections marked as Made to Order will need to be made according to your specifications and take approximately 2-3 weeks. Should you need your item sooner, please contact me ahead of purchase.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, Bead and Bones ships internationally via USPS International. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bead and Bones is not responsible for delays due to customs.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Your order will ship via USPS First Class. This shipping class does not include insurance. Insurance must be purchased separately. Please contact prior to purchase to arrange for an insured parcel. Bead and Bones is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. PayPal and PayPal Credit are also accepted. You do not need to create an account to purchase nor do you have to have a PayPal account to check out. You may simply check out as a guest with whatever payment method you prefer.

We are proud to announce that our website is SSL certified, meaning our website is 100% secure. Your data will never be stored or sold.

How do I Care for My Jewelry?

Please be aware that some crystal and stone elements are naturally fragile, so handling your jewelry with care is recommended.

Best Care Rules:

★ Keep away from water
★ Do not use chemical cleaners
★ Do not use abrasive cleaners
★ Store away from pets & small children
★ Metal elements will patina slowly over time
★ Avoid tarnish by storing in an air-tight container or plastic bag

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You do not have to have a PayPal account to place an order either. You must simply have an email address and any major credit or debit card.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

Please know these are firm shop policies. Carefully read through the policy section and ask any questions you may have about an item before purchasing it. Any emails can be sent to melanie@beadandbones.com.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

It may be possible to cancel or change an order within 12 hours after purchase. After the 12 hour window, no further changes or cancellations can be made. Please contact melanie@beadandbones.com if you wish to modify an order during the 12 hour grace period.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email notification with tracking included. Please be sure to check spam folders if you cannot find your verification email. Additional details regarding your order may be found here.

How Can I Return a Product?

Due to the unique handmade nature & limited editions of these items we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
